Since Jadon Sancho’s departure, Borussia Dortmund has been missing in individual quality on the wing. The tricky Englishman, which it moved to Manchester United in the summer of 2021, was simply not replaced.

That has to work again,” said Managing Director Hans-Joachim Watzke in an interview with the “Ruhr Nachrichten”. He believes that “this touches the soul of the BVB fans the most”.
The BVB also had “The Best U19 in Germany”, the 62-year-old clarified and further emphasized: “If nothing emerges from this team, when then?”
